In the development of every business, one thing that should be considered by company is need to think about how productivity, efficiency and effectiveness in work are maintained optimally, in order to being able to capture profits and the image of the business. PT Torrecid Indonesia is an innovation company that provides materials and services for companies involved in the ceramics sector. In the process, efforts are needed to add value or improve systems that can be added to or create the use of an item or service. To carry out these activities company required a planning related to the materials produced.
The problem is when workers are required to complete production within a predetermined time, and currently the company has not set a standard time so it will cause problems such as not achieving production targets in certain period. For this reason, research is needed to measure the mental workload and production productivity of compound A.
