<note>CV. General Teknik is one of the private companies engaged in electrical installation and mechanical fabrication. The company specializes in various types of electric LV &#38;; MV switchboards.
Problems in CV. General Engineering in 2022 The Company did not achieve production targets in terms of quantity, due to several factors such as employees when designing negligent or negligent electrical panel boxes in the installation where the MCB (Miniature Circuit Breaker) often changed sizes and cable installations that did not match the path on the product. Employees have a relatively low quality of human resources, this is due to lack of training.
The purpose of this study is to provide training to employees so that employees can improve the skills / abilities that need to be developed in each employee It aims to find relationships related to the effectiveness of training on significant employee performance and can measure these relationships, so as to find well-validated results.</note>
